Ken Driver MIFST

Ken is a food technologist with over 35 years experience in the food industry within quality assurance & technical functions including 20 years as a consultant food technologist involved in many food safety and quality projects.

Professional Member of the Institute of Food Science and Technology (MIFST), Registered Scientist, approved Haccp and Food Safety Trainer for HABC and IRCA Lead Tutor on ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor courses.

Ken is based in the North East of England where there is easy access to the motorway network, trains and regular flights from Newcastle into international hubs in London, Amsterdam and Dubai.

Projects have been completed for clients based throughout the UK and also in the USA, Canada, Poland, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Belgium and Germany - work has been completed in  a number of other countries including Azerbaijan, Angola, South Korea, Lithuania, Moldova, Singapore, France, Spain and Italy.
Victor D Goodridge MSc

Victor is a microbiologist who began his microbiology career in hospital and public health laboratories in the 1960’s progressing through laboratory management and teaching. After a change of focus from people to food, he worked in the food industry adding quality, technical and production management to his wealth of experience.

A desire to help food companies gain the maximum benefit from HACCP led him to setting up Food Care Solutions which specialises in food safety technical support in relation to the BRC Global Food Safety standard, Haccp and food safety investigations / audits.

Victor is based in Northamptonshire delivering some of our services in the south of the UK and other countries..
